ITAV provides empowering educational resources and support communities to people around the world to take charge of their lives and heal themselves. Our dynamic low or no cost natural health workshops and programs provide services that are accessible to all people regardless of financial status, race, gender, or religious affiliation.
It Takes a Village Ministry, Inc. will organize as a federally recognized 501 (c) 3 community based non-profit organization and partner with one or more neighborhood-based organizations to promote community development activities on a neighborhood basis in the planning, implementation and coordination and evaluation of federal, state, local and private services.
It Takes a Village Ministry, Inc. was founded on the basic ideals of spiritual ethics: honesty, integrity, and benevolence. We not only expect, but demand, the highest level of excellence from all our directors, officers, volunteers, and staff.
While we encourage individualism and entrepreneurship within this framework, the "village" paradigm stresses that camaraderie and teamwork are vital components of our philosophy. Subsequently, each individual willingly accepts the challenge of hard work for the benefit of all in the community.

Board of Directors
Dr. Michelle Gamble DN
DR. MICHELLE GAMBLE, DN is the co-founder and Director of ITAV Ministry, Inc. and Sankofa Healing and Enrichment, Inc. She is an author, educator, mentor, and speaker who specializes in assisting persons with chronic illness to transform their health. She has been a professional educator for over 25 years and a health care provider for over 15 years.
Dr. Gamble is known as The Holistic Healing Doctor who has guided many people in the journey of transforming their health and becoming empowered to break free from chronic illness and previous dependency upon drugs, surgeries, and other medical disease management interventions.
She has a Bachelors in Mathematics and English with an emphasis on Secondary School Education, a Masters and Doctorate in Naturology. Dr. Gamble is a board-certified alternative health care provider with advanced training and certification in various areas of health.
Her revolutionary message is: All people have a divine healer within who can break free from physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual pain and suffering to lead happy, healthy, and purpose-driven lives.
CAPT Anthony Jiles, USN/Ret.
CAPTAIN ANTHONY JILES is a managing board member of ITAV Ministry, Inc. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy, Naval Postgraduate School and Naval War College. His various Sea Tours on East Coast / West Coast on Surface Combatant Ships and Staffs Included Commanding Officer of USS Wadsworth, FFG-9 homeported in San Diego, CA.
Captain Jiles participated in several deployments to the Mediterranean, Arabian Gulf (Desert Shield / Desert Storm), and South America. His shore tours include Naval Post Graduate School and Senior Service Military School, Major Navy Fleet Command in Bahrain, Commanding Officer Naval ROTC, Instructor at Senior Military University.
In September 2010, Captain Jiles retired after over 30 years of honorable service in the US Navy. He is also a private pilot, stock trader, owner of a trading company.
He feels that his most important accomplishment is being the proud and loving father of his two grown children.
Rev. Dr. Earnest Ryals
REV. DR. EARNEST RYALS, is the co-founder and a board member of ITAV Ministry, Inc. He is currently the pastor of Shorter Chapel and Daniel Grove African Methodist Episcopal Churches. He served 26 years in the United States Army as an enlisted soldier, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant. Ryals traveled to 38 states in the United States and overseas in Japan, Korea, Germany, France and the Bahamas.
After retiring from the military, he worked seven years at Job Corps as a counselor and job placement coordinator, worked as a substitute teacher for fourteen years in elementary and middle school. He also worked as a GED state examiner, a Georgia state Drivers Education Instructor and as a counselor at a charter school.
Reverend Doctor Ryals has a Bachelor's Degree from Virginia State University, a Master’s Degree from Troy State University, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. His mission is to teach and train the younger generation to empower them to achieve their goals in life.
Hala Jaloudi, Esq.
Hala Jaloudi is a board member of ITAV and a partner at Callagy Law who heads the personal injury department. She has practiced in all areas of personal injury including automobile accidents for over 20 years. Prior to joining Callagy Law Hala Jaloudi founded and was a senior partner in her own law firm. She started her practice one client at a time and in a relatively short time she was representing thousands of clients all referred by word of mouth.
Hala has successfully handled thousands of personal injury claims and has a proven track record. She has obtained multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of her clients. Her clients describe her as a person of integrity and compassion. She treats every client as if they were her only client. She has a profound understanding and respect for the trust clients place in her. As such, she is meticulous, thorough and caring in every step she takes. She is widely respected by her peers and the judiciary as a knowledgeable, prepared, and highly capable attorney. Hala is very passionate about helping injured victims and fights relentlessly for their rights. She is urgent, caring and aggressive in prosecuting claims on behalf of her clients.
Hala is uniquely accessible to her clients and exhibits a level of compassion and caring unparalleled by other attorneys. Her clients needs always come first. Amongst those is a car accident case wherein the damage to the vehicle was only $200.00 and the injury was only a disc bulge. Hala tried this case and obtained a $300, 000.00 verdict for her client. She also litigated a complex jurisdiction issue related to an automobile accident which occurred overseas. She took the case to the New Jersey Supreme Court, which rendered a favorable decision that ultimately resulted in a seventeen million dollar settlement
Sergeant Menkara Gamble USMC
Menkara-Hetep Moadiah Gamble is a board member of ITAV and a graduate of the Teen IDOL program in 2014. Mr. Gamble was born on a naval base in Sasebo Japan in 1998.
He grew up predominantly in Waycross, GA, attending a mix of public school, homeschool, and charter school until high school. In 2010 he moved to Tallahasee, FL and attended Rickards High School for 2 years and graduated from Maclay High School.
After graduating, Mr. Gamble enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 2015. He has currently served 4 years and is a Sergeant of Marines.
Payton Wallace is a board member of ITAV. He is young but driven with a passion to make a difference in the lives of everyone he meets. He is a serial entrepreneur, sales and marketing consultant, and successful real estate professional.
The first characteristic you may notice about Payton is his youth, but don’t let that fool you. He is a savvy online marketer, public speaker, millennial networker, multi million dollar producer and founder of the Young Entrepreneur Success Network (Y.E.S. Network). Payton started his first successful business at 13 years old and uses his time now to train and equip people of his age demographic to be expert negotiators, speakers, business owners, and most importantly, positive influences to the people around them.
Payton is an analytical and detail-oriented young professional with experience in multi-tasking through cross-functional skills such as cold-market sales, customer support, generating leads, and operating his own business. Though young, he is eager to learn new skills and demonstrate his capacity to work harder than people twice his age. He has a proven track record of entrepreneurial drive, capacity to grow and he knows how to maintain clients and profitability.

Kuda Biza is a board member of ITAV. He builds profitable companies to solve the world’s biggest problems: education and hunger.
Kuda currently works for Loeb.nyc., as Chief Marketing Officer of one of their portfolio companies. Every company he builds and manages is designed to deliver profit and value while empowering vulnerable people everywhere to become the best versions of themselves. As a seasoned executive, he has served in progressive corporate leadership roles and successfully built six businesses and a non-profit from scratch.
Mr. Biza’s successes include (but not limited to):
• Managed P&L for a $75M ecommerce business with a $5M marketing budget to key channels: Amazon, Retail.com and direct-to-consumer sites.
• With only a $150 in start-up capital, launched a profitable clothing line from a college dorm room, resulting in the education of more than 100 children in Africa.
• Delivered keynote address at more than 40 institutions in 4 countries including Harvard and the United Nations, inspiring audiences to take action, achieve dreams and impact social change through purposeful entrepreneurship.
